My Anzac Themed Prayer Space.

Today I made a Anzac themed prayer space. The poppies are for the only thing that grew at war. The prayer rock was for me to hold while I pray. The rosary beads were for me to pray the hail mary. The message 'Lest we forget' was so we dont forget about the people who died at war and the candle is for God's light. I am very happy with how it turned out and I don't want to change it.
I found it easy to make prayer rock.
I found it tricky to make the poppies because I self-laminated them with sticky tape.
My digital learning object shows I can make a prayer space.
Here is my prayer:
Dear God, I pray for those who have died in both world wars. May the be looked after in heaven. Amen.

This prayer space is beautiful! I like the idea of the prayer rock to hold well you pray. It's so important to pray, prayer keeps us connected to our wonderful God.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful prayer space with us.

    1. Kia ora Mrs Tamatea,
Thank you for commenting on my blog. I made the prayer rock when my brothers had to make one for his class. I tried to use every colour.

  2. Zdravo Kylah,
Your prayer space is beautiful. Was this in response to our ANZAC Day Choice Board? Maybe your could explain this in your blog post.
