Today we were learning how to use stop motion animation. I made an animation about a cat wanting food. I enjoyed moving around the cat because it was very funny looking like it moved itself. I found it tricky to not make the cat fall because of the gravity pulling the cat down off the stool. So my Mum helped me by her holding the cat with me on the chromebook. She ran away when I said go and I took the photo. Here it is:
Dia dhuit Kylah,
ReplyDeleteYour Stop Motion is just wonderful. Did you use the slides to help you plan? Maybe you could have included them in your blog post. Maybe you could have linked the Stop Motion site too.
It seems other people in our class are having trouble because the Stop Motion videos won't upload onto our blogs like they are supposed to. How did you make yours work?

DeleteThank you for commenting on my blog!
I have done the slide but I forgot to put it in! I have put it in now! Stop motion is not a site it is an app, so I can not link the app. The video Mrs Aperahama made would explain everything I did. But if they still can't do it I will make a screencastify.

DeleteApologies Kylah - I meant to say app. You can still put the link that will take them to the Chrome store with the Stop Motion link app ready for your reader to click - just like you did on our Class Site slides.
And yes - the Screencastify Mrs Aperahama has now made will help everyone else - that wasn't available when I commented on your blog post.

Kia Ora Kylah,
ReplyDeleteWow! Your stop motion is very impressive. I can see that you have planned your stop motion very well, I like that you have got your mum involved to help you when you found it a bit tricky.
Maybe, next time you could add a screencastify on how to make your own motion spot or what motion stop is as some of us have never heard of it before.
Look forward to your reply.
Keep up the fantastic work.
