Recycled Paper

Yesterday I made recycled paper with my sister and mum with old scrap paper we were not using. This took a while because the drying process usually takes a day but we shortened it by using a blow drying it. I enjoyed making it because it was up cycling and it was lots of fun. I found it tricky to not make it crack because we did not compact it enough.  So next time we do it we will compact it more. Here is a slide on the instructions:

  1. Dia dhuit Kylah,
Your instructions are very clear - well done. I have cardboard frames already so I found your tip of reusing photo frames very useful in case I need to make some and don't have my frames with me.
I have made recycled paper a lot of times. Sometimes I put seeds of wild flowers onto the paper after it has been compressed and is still wet. Then I make a card for someone when my paper has dried. Once they have read my card they put it in the garden and wait for the flowers to grow.
