I learnt that the wharf is 660m long and almost 100 years old!
I liked walking down the wharf because the view is amazing!
It was hard to do the part where I got changed quickly because we had to make sure I was in the same place by drawing a line in the sand to see where my feet were.
Next time I would film it in the day because we had to stop filming and go home because it was getting dark. But the good part was that the sun setting made the clouds look really cool and it was safer with the sun with not much chance of getting burnt.
Here is my video:
Kia Ora Kylah,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the Summer Learning Journey.
I think this activity is very wholesome and nice as you get to share one of your favourite summer places and learn and share some facts about that place.
I really enjoyed your post and how you filmed a little vlog showing us around your special place, you shared some interesting facts and it felt very immersive as if I was walking around Tolaga bay myself. You edited the video very well with the timelapses, background music and facts.
I think you went above and beyond the expectations with your video so I am going to mark this as an OUTSTANDING blog post.
Happy Holidays, Keep up the great work and I hope to see more of your posts over the summer.
Ngā mihi nui,
