String games. Even more games! Two of diamonds

Today for my Summer Learning Journey I made a two of diamonds with string. I found it very hard at first and it took 10 tries before I got it correct! Once I got it correct it seemed way easier. I decided to make a how to so people could do it too on WeVideo, Which is a editing site. I had to take photos of each step and put a voice over, music, transitions and the end credits. But I had to put actor 1 AND an actor 2. What I put there is a bit funny! If I had to do it again, I would make the music a bit different because I have used it before. I learnt that if you persevere you can achieve many things! I remembered about this site when I used a different site that was almost the same as it. Then I thought ' I should make one for the step it up on string games!' So, I did and here it is.

  2. Kia Ora Kylah,

My name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the Summer Learning Journey.

This activity was really fun as I remember playing a lot of string games when I was in primary school such as cats cradle and ladder.

I think you did an awesome job creating your string patterns and it looks like you had a lot of fun doing it and I think your two of diamonds looks great and I like that in your video you gave a tutorial on how to make it, this is super helpful for any of your readers that also want to have a go at making this string pattern.

What was the hardest part of this activity for you and do you think this activity is something you would share with your friends?

Happy Holidays, Keep up the great work and I hope to see more of your posts over the summer.

    Ngā mihi nui,
    Zana Yates
